Frequently Asked Questions
Here's the most common questions we get when people aren't sure about which CPR certification course is best for their needs, or about our course booking policies.
What is the difference between CPR A and CPR C
CPR A focuses on adult CPR techniques, covering chest compressions, rescue breaths, choking, and AED use, but excludes child and infant training.
CPR C is more comprehensive, including CPR for adults, children, and infants, plus two-person CPR.
Most workplaces prefer or require CPR C over CPR A.

What CPR Level do I need?
The short answer is - probably CPR C. You should choose CPR BLS if you're in healthcare or you're a professional first responder.
CPR C will train and certify you on Adult, Child, Infant, and 2-Person CPR plus AED use.
CPR A will only train and certify you on Adult-only CPR & AED use.
What is the difference between Standard First Aid & Emergency First Aid?
We recommend Standard First Aid.
Standard First Aid is longer, more comprehensive, and is most often required in workplaces.
Emergency First Aid is shorter, trains you in less scenarios, and is required only in very specific work environments.
We recommend you choose Standard First Aid unless you simply want the fastest, most affordable course to meet bare minimum workplace requirements.
