Course Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policies

As the saying goes, "when life gives you lemons - make lemonade!" Here's what we do if things don't seem to be going your way :)
Public Course Cancellations
If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, we will issue you a full refund.
We will not be able to issue a refund, however, if you don’t attend your scheduled course, or request to cancel your booking within 7 days before the date of the course.
Public Course Rescheduling
If you provide more than 7 days notice to move your course date from one available date, to a different one on our calendar, we will do our best to accommodate you.
We cannot promise to transfer your booking from one course to the other date of your choice. If we cannot, then we will not be able to issue a refund.
Corporate & Private Courses
If you provide 7 or more days notice before the start of your course, we will be able to provide a full refund.
However, if you provide less than 7 days notice, then we will not be able to issue a refund.
We will make every effort to work with your company to change the date of the course, but cannot guarantee this will be possible.
Blended In-Class & Online Course
If you choose the Blended Online & In-Class Program and cancel after starting the online portion, there will be a $25 service fee.
We will refund the rest as long as you meet all above criteria.
